Pink October at Beau Vallon Group: A Genuine Commitment to Health and Hope

At Beau Vallon Group, the word “commitment” goes far beyond economic performance. It is rooted in a deeper belief: that the health and well-being of its people are the true pillars of a sustainable company. On the occasion of Pink October, the group chose to go beyond symbols and take meaningful action by organising a morning of awareness and screening in collaboration with C-Care.

On October 28, the Riche-en-Eau Club was transformed into a space dedicated to listening, dialogue, and prevention. Around forty employees from across the group took part in an interactive session on the importance of early breast cancer detection, followed by blood sugar, blood pressure, and breast examination screenings conducted by healthcare professionals.

More than just an event, the morning reinforced a corporate culture built on empathy and care. “A responsible company is not defined solely by its performance, but also by the attention it gives to its people. (…) It is in these moments that true collective strength is built,” said Karen Isabel, Communication Manager at Beau Vallon Group.

Within Beau Vallon Hospitality, the group’s hotel division, commitment took on another inspiring form. Led by Julie Lauratet, Content & Community Manager, the women from the Riche-en-Eau head office came together to create a touching tribute video, filled with emotion and solidarity. “This video was not made to follow a trend, but to convey a strong message,” she explained — a message of love, courage, and prevention, dedicated to all those who are fighting or have fought the disease.

Because for Beau Vallon Group, Pink October is more than just a colour — it is a collective story woven from strength, hope, and kindness. The words shared by the participants say it all:
“Together, we carry hope.”
“Prevention is the greatest act of self-love.”
“Courage also wears pink.”

Simple yet powerful words that remind us that beyond campaigns and ribbons, prevention remains a vital gesture — an invisible bond connecting women, men, and companies around a shared ideal: to care for oneself and for others.
