Pink October at Beau Vallon Group: A Genuine Commitment to Health and Hope

IIn a constantly evolving hospitality world—where every detail matters and every emotion counts—Julie Lauratet represents a new generation of communicators: passionate, intuitive, and deeply human. Recently promoted as Content & Community Manager at Beau Vallon Hospitality, she embodies the voice of a group that values authenticity, connection, and genuine storytelling. “This evolution is a beautiful recognition, but above all, a creative and human adventure,” she says.

A graduate of Vatel Mauritius, Julie always knew communication would be her path. “I love talking, sharing ideas, exchanging—communication is simply part of who I am!” she smiles. After an initial experience at Beachcomber Hotels, she joined Beau Vallon Hospitality as a Social Media Executive, where her journey has naturally grown alongside the brand’s own evolution.

On October 28, the Riche-en-Eau Club was transformed into a space dedicated to listening, dialogue, and prevention. Around forty employees from across the group took part in an interactive session on the importance of early breast cancer detection, followed by blood sugar, blood pressure, and breast examination screenings conducted by healthcare professionals.

Communication as a Living Connection

For Julie, communication goes far beyond sharing information. It’s about inspiring people—evoking emotions, creating meaningful links between the hotels, their teams, and their audiences. “Every post, every interaction is a chance to reflect our spirit and the passion that drives our teams.”

Her approach blends authenticity, emotion, and aesthetic sensitivity. Finding the right tone, she says, means “letting our passion and identity shine through every message, while staying true to the warmth and conviviality that define us.”

Inspiration Rooted in Everyday Moments

Julie draws inspiration from the diversity of the group’s hotels, the creativity of the teams, and the beauty found in simple gestures — a smile, a sunrise, an act of kindness. “Each property has its own soul, and my role is to tell its story with sincerity.”

Among her favorite projects are “The Power of Sisterhood” and the Pink October campaign, two initiatives celebrating women’s strength, solidarity, and empowerment. “These projects go beyond communication — they tell real stories that inspire and connect.”

Building a Community That Feels, Not Just Follows

Beyond social media metrics, Julie believes in genuine human connection. “Every conversation is a chance to listen, understand, and make people feel part of our story.” For her, community is not measured in numbers but in emotions shared and relationships built. “We want our audience to feel seen, valued, and truly part of the Beau Vallon family.”

A Vision for the Future

Driven by authenticity and a contagious passion, Julie sees her new role as an opportunity to keep learning, innovating, and elevating the group’s digital identity. “My ambition is to tell our stories with even more creativity, to strengthen our brand’s identity, and to make the magic of Beau Vallon Hospitality shine through.”

With her natural warmth and modern vision, Julie Lauratet embodies a hospitality that is not only connected but also deeply human — one that turns every message, every image, and every interaction into a meaningful experience.
